La Botte is the story of a Sicilian family and two generations united by a deep passion for food, tradition and hospitality.

The story began with Vincenzo Giacomazza, who left Sicily and moved to Limburg to build a new life. Over the course of a remarkable forty-year culinary career, he dedicated himself to his craft, driven by passion, perseverance and hard work.

His sons, Peppe and Gaspare, later joined him, continuing the family tradition and carrying the culinary legacy into the next generation. Together, they have remained deeply connected to their Sicilian roots, bringing the flavours, traditions and spirit of their homeland to Limburg.

At La Botte, hospitality goes far beyond the plate. Humility, kindness and genuine hospitality are at the heart of everything they do.
