The group encompasses a wide range of culinary styles, from traditional brasserie kitchens at BAR BULOT to innovative, Asian-inspired creations at LESS EATERY. Interns have the opportunity to develop their skills in diverse kitchen environments and may also gain exclusive experience at Hertog Jan at Botanic, working alongside renowned chef Gert De Mangeleer. There, they are introduced to the world of modern fine dining and the philosophy of one of Belgium’s most celebrated chefs.
